포자 대청소 개인정보 처리방침

code404(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 「포자 대청소(SporeSweep)」(이하 "게임")를 제공하면서 아래와 같이 정보를 처리합니다. 이 방침은 iPhone과 안드로이드의 게임에 함께 적용됩니다.
1. 한눈에 보기
- 게임은 회원 가입이 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 정확한 위치를 묻거나 모으지 않습니다.
- 게임을 어떻게 하는지에 대한 기록(예: 어느 레벨을 깼는지)을 통계 목적으로 모읍니다. 누구인지 알아볼 수 있는 정보와 묶지 않습니다.
- 보고 싶을 때만 보는 보상형 광고가 있습니다. 광고를 보여주기 위해 광고 회사(Google)가 기기 정보와 IP 주소 등을 처리합니다.
- 게임은 다른 회사의 앱과 웹사이트에 걸쳐 이용자를 추적하지 않으며, 추적 허용을 요청하지 않습니다. 광고 식별자(iPhone의 IDFA, 안드로이드의 광고 ID)를 쓰지 않습니다.

개발자는 위 정보를 이용자의 이름이나 연락처와 연결하지 않으며, 연결할 수단도 가지고 있지 않습니다.
3. 보유 기간
- 게임 진행은 이용자가 앱을 지우거나, 설정에서 "처음부터 다시 하기"를 하거나, 안드로이드에서 앱의 데이터를 지울 때까지 기기에 남습니다.
- 이용 기록은 14개월 동안 보관한 뒤 지워집니다.
- 광고 관련 정보의 보관은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.
4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
게임은 아래 회사의 도구를 씁니다. 이 과정에서 정보가 국외에 있는 서버로 전송됩니다.

5. 이용자의 권리와 선택
- 이용 기록 초기화. 앱을 지웠다 다시 깔면 앱 인스턴스 ID가 새로 만들어집니다.
- 맞춤 광고. 게임은 추적 허용을 요청하지 않으며 광고 식별자를 쓰지 않습니다. iPhone은 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → Apple 광고에서, 안드로이드는 설정 → Google → 모든 서비스 → 광고에서 맞춤 광고와 광고 ID를 관리할 수 있습니다(기기마다 메뉴 이름이 조금 다를 수 있습니다).
- 광고를 보지 않기. 광고는 이용자가 단추를 눌렀을 때만 나옵니다. 누르지 않으면 광고 없이 게임을 할 수 있습니다.
- 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지 요청. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 다만 개발자는 이용 기록을 특정 개인과 연결할 수 없어, 요청하신 분의 기록을 찾지 못할 수 있습니다.
6. 어린이
게임은 만 14세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 만들지 않았으며, 어린이의 개인정보를 알면서 모으지 않습니다. 보호자께서 자녀의 정보가 처리되었다고 생각하시면 아래 연락처로 알려 주십시오.
7. 안전을 위한 조치
개발자는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 정보는 이용자의 기기와 위에 적은 회사의 서버에만 있으며, 전송할 때는 암호화된 통신을 씁니다.

SporeSweep Privacy Policy

code404 ("we") provides the mobile game SporeSweep (the "Game") on iPhone and Android. This policy explains what information is processed when you play.
1. Summary
- The Game has no account. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- We collect gameplay events (for example, which levels you cleared) for statistics. They are not tied to your identity.
- The Game shows rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one. To serve ads, our ad provider (Google) processes device information and your IP address.
- The Game does not track you across other companies' apps and websites, does not ask for tracking permission, and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone, Advertising ID on Android).

3. Retention
- Game progress stays on your device until you delete the app, choose "Start over" in Settings, or clear the app's storage on Android.
- Usage events are kept for 14 months and then deleted.
- Advertising data is retained according to Google's policies.
4. Service providers and international transfer
The Game uses the services below. Information is sent to servers outside your country.

5. Your choices and rights
- Reset usage data. Deleting and reinstalling the Game creates a new app instance ID.
- Personalized ads. The Game does not request tracking permission or use the advertising identifier. On iPhone you can turn off personalized ads in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. On Android you can manage personalized ads and the Advertising ID in Settings → Google → All services → Ads (menu names may vary by device).
- Not watching ads. Ads appear only when you tap a button to watch one. You can play without ads.
- Access, correction, deletion. Contact us at the address below. Because we cannot link usage events to a specific person, we may be unable to locate your records.
- Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information has been processed, please contact us.
7. Security
We do not operate our own servers. Information exists only on your device and on the servers of the companies listed above, and is sent over encrypted connections.
